Job Title: German speaking Marketing Executive

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum annual bonus

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time. Part-time candidates can be considered.

We are seeking a talented and motivated German speaking Marketing Executive to join a great marketing team in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional with fluency in German to play a pivotal role in our client's growth, specifically focusing on the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing marketing activities aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation across both offline and online channels.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns targeted at the DACH market to drive customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
* Create compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and offline materials, with a focus on the German-speaking audience.
* Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the website.
* Manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and ad copy creation, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
* Utilize social media platforms to engage with the target audience, build brand awareness, and drive engagement.
* Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as design and product, to ensure marketing campaigns align with brand guidelines and product offerings.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, specifically within SEO, PPC, and social media.

Requirements:

* Native level fluency is essential
* Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
* Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
* Experience managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and/or other advertising platforms.
* Proficient in social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
