A young and dynamic Banking Consultancy are currently growing and are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants to join them in 2023!

 This is a fully remote role that can be based anywhere in Germany.

The Role: Joining this team of 12, you will support the clients; banks & financial service providers in the implementation of exciting and challenging projects. Day-to-day activities include but are not limited to conducting Business Analysis, testing, process management in collaboration with clients requirements.

Teamwork is key, colleagues regularly work together on internal projects such as blog posts, service offerings etc.

Further training is continuous in methodological competencies such as business analysis, basics of agile/waterfall methods.

Your profile:

• Business or Banking Education
• Experience in a client facing role, ideally consulting and or Banking environment
• Flexible & open to taking on new tasks
• Communicative
• Problem Solving skills
• Open to working well independently but also in a team
